  • Been a loyal customer here since they had their little shop in downtown. Stuck with them even when they switched to a finer location. Stuck with them even when they raised their prices because the food and service was always consistent. However I went in today and was thoroughly disappointed. Not in the food but with the fact that they don't serve water with your meal. I don't get it.... Is this a new trend? If I go into a restaurant and spend 40-60$ the least I can get is a cup of nice refreshing water with my meal but instead i have to continuously buy water bottles which are priced at 2$ a pop. I'd be more understanding if it was a fast food chain and its but your own water but the fact that this location should be more "upscale" would incline me to believe that I get a ice cold cup of water with my meal. The only reason I give it two stars is because their chili chicken is alway consistent and great tasting. However as far as the hostess well she kind of just sits there. There's no "hello" or "welcome".
