  • I am a homeowner and only wanted one door, custom made for our new house. After shopping around to three vendors, we selected Rustic Decor. They were not the cheapest but all were within a similar ballpark. The customer service unfortunately was just a disaster throughout the whole process. We were quoted a schedule of 6-8 weeks but ultimately it took more than 14 weeks to get our door, long past stucco and paint so we incurred additional costs for those subs to come back. They scheduled and missed the scheduled date more than 4 times without a call to update us on why they could not deliver. It was the owner we were dealing with most of the time. Not what I would expect from a custom company. Disappointing.
