  • I recently ordered, and took delivery of, a new ford F150 pick up from Kayser Ford in Madison. These people are very customer focused. Both the trade in and the purchase price were very fair. I traded a 7 year old pick up and they gave me almost 50% of what I paid new! They have a very fair way of valuing used vehicles so that both the consumer and the dealership are treated fairly; I think they called it "Velocity" or something. On the day of delivery they closely evaluated all of the financing options so that I would get the best value. We chose the Ford financing because at that time it knocked another $3000 off of the purchase price. I highly recommend these people. I worked with Steven and Don Griffin; both are excellent. I will look to Kayser to again to satisfy my transportation needs.
