  • Appliance medic was the second appliance repair company I called to look at a burner that wasn't lighting on my 20+ year old professional range. After the first company suggested I use a grill lighter from here on out because he couldn't source the part from his usual supplier, I called Appliance Medic. A technician (Jason D) talked to me for 15-20 minutes to understand my concern, and felt sure he could fix it. Jason did fix the burner and exemplified customer service in the process. Many thanks for not passing the buck and for getting the job done!
