  • We needed to rescreen our south & east windows & replace the patio screen door the grandson ran into, so called & scheduled an estimate. Sarah scheduled us for the next day. Troy was professional & personable, and the cost of us not having to order *so much* sunscreen to do it ourselves was priceless. We scheduled for this morning, and Troy arrived on time with his trailer...in the pouring rain! We offered our garage, but the height of the trailer precluded that, so he verified measurements & said he would be back this afternoon with all the screens. Sure enough, he was back before 1:00, ready to install. The screens look great, and it's so nice to have an unbent screen door again! Troy was thorough in explaining how to apply to SRP for the energy rebate & that hit the mailbox this afternoon, too. Thank you so much for the excellent job -- and for saving us another argument on what width of screen to buy!
