  • I'm just going to start of by saying I LOVE STARBUCKS., I use to work at a high pace restaurant before so I understand It gets hard but this place is just ridiculous! I work grave shifts so on my way home I get coffee for our day my husband to work, me up. with the baby, but every day they mess something up typically I bite my tongue but now I'm frustrated with their continued poor quality service, I've spoke to a few managers never a result, when I called the customer service line to complain for the first time ever they hung up on me, thanks Debbie at 1800starbuc for no empathy or solution
