  • Edit: after this property changed management (1/1/17) the property was no longer cared for to the same standards. I.e. dog waste baskets not being emptied or doggie bags refilled, valet trash skipped buildings, overall upkeep went downhill. Management was unprofessional in handling issues, such as cigarette butts in gardens. They sent an email personally to me (Not My building) telling me to use an ash tray- despite my upstairs neighbors being responsible for the cigarette butts constantly everywhere and me being a non-smoker. On top of that I had been complaining about said trash in garden for months with no resolve. Upon moving out I did not receive a breakdown of charges, simply a check for only a portion of my refundable deposit. After further inquiry, I received yet another demeaning and unprofessional email to explain. Location is excellent, the rest is mediocre.
