  • Machines are nice and gym is nice, but now EOS is suddenly trying to cater to all these crossfit trendys w their jungle gym in the middle of the location. Not only that their staff has pretty much disappointing so far from everybody I've dealt with, I asked for a tour on my first visit, and got a "point here point there" tour from the front counter, and on top of that I brought my 3 year old son in there yesterday for the daycare like I normally do at any other eos location and they are staring me up and down because of my body covered in ink (felt like I was at planet fitness) ... Then wanna charge me an extra 5$ on top of the extended VIP package that I already pay for! Without the courtesy of atleast trying it complimentary for my sons first visit there. I've been going to EOS in downtown, awatukee and Gilbert all since they were Gold's Gym... This new one is the most convenient, but at the same time their staff is starting to make me want to keep them on detour mode. Hopefully they get rid of some of those newbies at their customer service desk and make it more friendlier staff like their other locations.
