  • My appointment was at 11:20. I didn't get seen until almost noon. Sitting in the waiting room the next patient comes in and tells me he saw him eating! They opened at 9. He couldn't eat before he came in?!? Not even an apology for the wait. That's what I get for not sticking to my old optometrist. Never had to wait more than 15 minutes before. During the exam he recommends eye surgery for my son without really thoroughly explaining why and just gives me a referral. That's a serious recommendation for my child. I'm sure he is a great optometrist. He is just not the one for my family. I'd rather pay more for a little more professionalism.
