If zero was an option I would click it. What a headache. This company is unreliable! When maintenance issues occurred it would cost $100 out of our pocket even though it was sometimes cheap repairs. Our toilet kept overflowing and they didn't care and wouldn't clean or fix carpet padding. We had to replace everything ourselves after that, so basically the same as owning the house.
We lived in the rental for two years (miserable). When we moved out we took pictures and we also have pictures from move in day, we professionally cleaned the carpets as required but when it was refund time they took money for cleaning (house was spotless and ready to move it) also charged us for damages that were there when we moved in! It's now going on 4 months since we moved out and we haven't received anything. I get responses from Nathan stating "ok" or "I'll file your complaint". So unprofessional. Trying to get in touch with Ron but he always just forwards my emails to Nathan. I'm tired of this. Time to file a complaint with BBB and try to get back this money they unrightfully kept.
