Service is great and the facilities are awesome, if there was an option for 3.5 stars, I'd give it that. But the two massages I've done here have been average, nothing spectacular, especially considering the price. I did very much enjoy the post-massage lounge, complete with sweet tea, baclava and grape served on a beautiful tray. If you spend above $200, you also get the chance to swim in the pool (beautiful view!) and the jacuzzi. For me, the pool was the highlight. Rare to find uncrowded pools that are warm and so so beautiful in Toronto.
