  • I dropped a star for the simple reason that my appointments here take FOREVER. No matter what I come for. I had both back and neck surgery here, the staff, the surgeons, everyone is SUPER FRIENDLY and knowledgeable, but it takes so damn long you literally can't do anything else that day. Today my appt was for 1:30pm, I got here at 1pm to do paperwork bc this is for ENT, not any of my previous issues. It is now 4pm and the doc still hasn't seen me yet. They are always "running behind", you will never be seen at or near your appointment time, and they rarely return your phone calls. Voicemail says "within 24 hours" but when you leave 4 messages on 4 different days and hear nothing, you just keep calling until you get someone. I've got to say as far as surgical results go, I have nothing but positive things to say. As far as the front office staff goes, again no complaints - they are amazing. But seriously, bring a book, a stack of encyclopedias, a semester's worth of papers to grade.. you WILL be bored out of your mind and your phone battery WILL die, even if you walked in with 100% charge.
