  • Our refrigerator broke and we had another company come out to see what the problem was. Well, the person showed up, told me the compressor was dead, and told me, "I don't fix, compressors but I can refer you to another company." Then he proceeded to leave a mess in my kitchen and collect $65! I actually had to ask him to at least push back my refrigerator in place. I called this other company he referred me to, and they had no idea what I was even talking about! So needless to say, I had to call another appliance repair company. I am so grateful that I came across and decided to call Bishop and Son. Rick (the owner) got the compressor I needed right away, came over, and did not leave until the fridge was in working order again. He was extremely reasonably priced too. I HIGHLY recommend this company as they are professional, courteous, prompt, and well-priced. I could not be happier with the customer service and overall experience. There ARE honest and hard-working people left in the world and Rick and his company prove that!
