  • Travel with them annually the past 4 years to Seattle to visit our son since it's their regional airlines. Always on time arrival and friendly inflight services. However, on our previous trip, the flight attendant jammed a late boarding passenger's luggage onto mine and pushed shut. My luggage was deformed and my box of cookies was crumbled. Instead of complaining to the crew while everyone was disembarking, I decided to go on their website and wrote my feedback. The reply was prompt and they were sincere about the apologies. I'll definitely fly them again!
