  • I like this airport for us compactness and the really friendly people who work here. It also has the coolest name ... Sky Harbor. Like a sci-fi movie. My ratings will improve if and when they add wi-fi, better food services and a better rental car arrangement. I know a few business travelers who live in Phoenix and guess they don't spend too much time at their airport. As a visitor I had a real hard time returning my rental car. The signage has you drive through the airport and past every terminal gate. Maybe the designer has a strange sense of humor too because I had to keep changing lanes only to find out I could have stayed in a single lane the whole time. Strange. Even the Uber driver had trouble to pick me up at the rental plaza, he got lost twice and said he finally took N illegal turn to get to the pick up zone.
