  • I've been checking out a new coffee shop almost every Sunday to sit and write. I came to Trade and Lore because I had already visited Smelly Cat and I do love the NoDa neighborhood. I came in soon after they opened so seating was a plenty. The barista helped me order a drink based on what I was in the mood for. I opted for the hop scotch latte. I was wonderful and the design with the foam, impressive, as it stayed in tack the entire time I sipped it. I would definitely come back as there was plenty of space to sit and write, even once it became a little more busy.
