  • I live down the street and visit this autozone monthly for repairs on one of our 4 cars. Today my car wouldn't start at the gas pump across the street at circle k. No one had jumper cables so I walked over and asked if they could give me a jump with the box so I could come over there and have my battery tested. I offered to leave my credit card and ID. They said no. There was 5 employees in the store and no customers so I asked if someone could come with me over there. They said their tools can't leave the property. Instead I had to walk a 50 lb batter across 6 lanes of traffic. Very disappointed. Stuck in the parking lot for an hour no one offers to help then to go to autozone and not be helped. From now on I will be driving the extra mile to Oriley's.
