Seriously! Not your typical Asian nail salon! Very modern and super inviting place. It's so spacious ughhh seriously I loved it! Maybe it was the decoration that got me sold when I walked in. They DO have my favorite color combos AND decor style maybe that's why haha.
Staff: +1 Star
Greeted us once we entered. None of those "stare down head to toe" fake half greets you normally get at other salons. I believe it's a family business thing, they were so pleasant to be around. Made conversation about anything, joked around & got all the clients talking to each other :) Exactly what you would want to enjoy a relaxing mani/pedi date with your sisters.
Cleanliness: +1 Star
This place! I know salons have rules and regulations but this place!? Top of my FAVE SALON list EVER! Everything is bright and you'd be able to tell if any equipments or furniture was dirty. Very well kept.
Service: +1 Star
Made us feel so relaxed & not intimidated. We didn't feel like we were unwanted or being rushed to be in, pay, & out. They were so friendly from the beginning to the end.
Location: +1 Star
Okay to some they might think "Bad Location". It took my sister and I about 5-10 minutes to figure out where it was Bc the "LV" symbol on their sign is not as big so it was harder to find. To me, right at the corner of the cross street and straight ahead? Perfect location to me (bonus Taco Bel is next door haha).
Tip: cross street Warm Spring & Durango.
Look for Wells Fargo, once you see the drive thru for it, the salon is right behind the building next to the pet groomer & vape shop.
After a long day of doing errands with my sister & my niece, we wanted an all girls date so what better way that getting a triple mani/pedi. They are just the sweetest people ever, the best salon staff I have ever come across.
I don't usually like going to salon for mani/pedi Bc my mother taught me at a very early age how to clean my cuticles, cut, file, clip, etc. A few years ago, I went in for a mani (ONLY) and the lady clipped my cuticles only to stab me and clipped too much and I bled. It was swollen for a few days. Tried again and went for a pedi Bc my big toe sometimes grow into my skin rather than out and it hurts, even that made me cringe after she clipped too much and stabbed me. Ever since then, I always opt to do my own mani/pedi. I'd much rather stab my own nail, thanks. At least I can bawl at home alone.
Today, I am not going to lie I was feeling anxious when I decided on a mani/pedi Bc i NEVER would get both. Thank goodness I did Bc I am inlove.
Salons always made me nervous Bc I feel like the employees are talking mad sh*t in front of me, rush thru it, and when I leave my nailpolish comes out looking like a toddler was severely sedated & "tried" to paint within the lines but failed -_-
Overall: very pleased to find the perfect mani/pedi location across my house, reasonable prices (the staff alone is so worth it!), & idk if it's a good thing but I just found my new addiction. Can't wait to go back in a month to try out those metallic nailpolish look :) I no longer fear Asian salons hahaha.
