We went to Brick with little information but excited to do a 20 person team dinner. It's a good thing the company was awesome because the rest of the experience was awful. In a two hour period we only got 1 drink order and it took 45 min to get our app and food order in. It took 1.5 hours to get our food, apps came later cold and unwanted. 3 orders didn't show up at all and our server was MIA. We harassed the poor food runners to help us get the final dinners and finally our server shows up now 2 hours into our dinner and still missing entrees. When we told her she showed little concern in resolving the issue. The food was cold and bland and we paid over $100 for appetizers that were uneaten since they showed up late. The worst part, she wanted a $90 autograt on our bill, I balked so she took 10% off the bill but kept the full $90 tip for the worst service I have ever experienced!
