My wife and I visited this place last weekend May 13th and 14th 2016. The Resort itself was cool. We had a nice room with a balcony and a very good view of the mountains and pond. We ate at their restaurant on Friday night and the food was good. Not a variety of meals though. Then came the bummer. We ordered two margaritas with our dinner and when the bill came, we noticed we were charged $23.00 each for a margarita. The waitress name Susan thought this was steep and a mistake also. She went back to check with the bartender who goes by the name of R.J. and he stated he used Jose Cuervo Tequila and Grand Marnier in the drinks. DUH! Most places that serve you a Cadillac margarita will put Cuervo and Grand Marnier in the drink. This is why they call it a Cadillac margarita. We went to Mt. Charleston Lodge which is a few miles up the road on Saturday night and the same exact drink was $9.00 and you add $1.00 extra for premium liquor. Total, $11.00. The bartender there name William agreed that we had been ripped off. I wanted to complain to the manager of the bar name Richard Allrad, but he was not present that weekend. I sent him an email addressing our dissatisfaction and concerns, but he has not responded as of yet.
