  • Never see the same doctor. Always feel that I'm a new patient there. Overcharged and they wouldnt adjust even though I described my appointments. Charged more to see a PA then the actual doctor. I had to wait while the PA finished up with the pharm rep. The pharm rep took priority over my skin cancer. They didn't even have my paperwork from when I had melanoma. They had no clue. They said sorry we didn't scan those docs into our computers. Melanoma I would think would be important to have in my file. When I came in for a follow up on recent biopsy they again didn't know why I was there and then brought out the freezeoff to freeze again the same spot. I said he had already done this a few weeks ago and he said they want to continue with the freezing for the next 6 months. Huh? 3 years ago they were great now they are not. They overcharge to get more $ from insurance and the customer. They may have great people for facials, etc but as a doctors office , I would go somewhere else.
