  • Awesome job! After getting bad service from another local tree service, I called Arbor Care. The service was night and day. They did their best to answer all my questions including a quote over the phone. Unlike the other service I used, they showed up exactly on time. I did not have to wait for a 4 hour window. Samuel's Crew came out yesterday, and they were all business. While they were waiting on me to get the back gate open they were looking at all the trees on the properties instead of standing around waiting for me to struggle with the gate. Professional period. They saw the terrible Sissoo tree that needed to be removed, the roots had already gone under our pool concrete and into one of our pipes. They removed everything, they even got all the roots around the stump. They ground it down, and treated it to kill the roots.... I cannot even tell it was ever there. In addition, Sam helped me with some landscaping suggestions for down the road, and there was no pressure to get their return business (but they will get it). I will recommend them to anyone.
