  • I woke up on a glorious Saturday morning to find my water heater AND water softener leaking. I called several plumbers. The first one took my number and told me a technician would call me back shortly. At 10:50 p.m., still no call. The second one I called said they were fully booked until Monday. I left a message for the third one, and he called me back 6 hours later. The fourth and final call I placed was to Spyder Plumbing. James answered the phone on the first ring, and within 20 minutes, Curt was at our door. Curt and James were later joined by Jason. They diligently worked until everything was done to our liking and expectation. One of the hardest things to find in Vegas is a professional who knows what he or she is doing. With Spyder, we got lucky with three people who not only knew what they were doing, but were incredible patient with us and our requirements. They were thorough, competent, good-natured, neat and orderly, For the first time since we moved to Vegas, we can wholeheartedly recommend service professionals who met, indeed, exceeded, our expectations. Henceforth, I will only use Spyder for plumbing.
