  • I have to say that Jim and his crew are some of the most helpful and courteous Insurance agents that I have ever worked with...not to mention they're honest!! And, as you all know, that's so hard to find these days....any time I have a question, whether it's by phone or email or even text, it gets answered promptly and clearly and they even go out of their way to check other things that I don't ask about...Jim doesn't just answer my questions, but gives me an explanation about his answers and information about insurance that the average person wouldn't just know...he offers advise, and it's always in MY best interest, not his...I wish they could cover more things than just my car and home... Thank you so much for always being there for me and making me comfortable in my "informed" decisions
