  • I walked into the Apple Store at the Arrowhead Mall in Glendale, AZ to buy an IPAD Mini 4. In the past, when you arrived at an Apple Store you were met at the entrance by a Rep who took down your information and put you in the Que. You knew where you were in the Que and eventually a sales rep would find you and sell you what you wanted. BUT this time I walk in and there is NO SALES REP at the entrance. I'm told to go find a table which has an item you want to buy on it and the Rep Assigned to that table will assist you. I'm standing at this table for well over ! HOUR and nobody is helping me until a Rep asks if she can help me. I say YES, I want to buy this IPAD Mini 4. She replies " Oh, then you must go to the table with the IPADs on them. I said pointing to the IPAD I was standing in front of "What is this?". She replies "Ah that's a Demo table; the IPAD Table ins over there" What a joke. What Apple Management PINHEAD decided to change the way they sell things at the store. Everyone around me was confused about the new system. I'll never set foot in an Apple Store again. I will buy their products on line.
