My friend and I went on a weekend, was lucky enough to park right in the front. Otherwise there is parking in the back but the way they do it is confusing.
I had the sesame milk tea hot and it tasted like the black sesame soup dessert with a lot of milk added. Not really to my taste. My friend and I shared the Red Bean Milk Shaved ice, it had grape jelly, fruitloops, red bean on milk flavoured shaved ice with condensed milk. I think it was kind of like a deconstructed ice cream with red bean ice (you can get these at Hong Kong style Cafes). It was pretty good, I enjoyed the fruitloops. Nothing really that out there or spectacular.
There are so many other options in the area that I don't find this place to be particularly appealing as seating is very limited. I think it is setup as more of a take out business.
