  • Paul and Rich did a terrific job on a severe clog in one of my return lines. They worked hard to make sure the problem was resolved, and then offered helpful suggestions to keep it from coming back. They explained what they were doing and what they expected to happen, and provided me with a lot of useful information, without trying to sell me any other products or services. I had a bad experience with another company who was unable to fix the problem, and I definitely wish I had called Boulder Valley first.
