rev:text	My grandma hired them to move her stuff into her new home. We have been sitting here waiting them for since 11 am. They were supposed to be here between 11 and 1. Shortly after 1, we called to see what the status was. We were told their earlier move was taking longer than expected. The man told us he would call us back and let us know a more accurate time after he got a hold of them. About 40 minutes later, we called back because we hadn't heard anything. After waiting on hold for a while, we were told they would let us know when the guys were done with the other move. A few minutes later, we received a call saying they should be here about 3:30. At 3, we received another call saying they had just finished the other move. They were going to stop and eat and that they were about an hour away, so we can expect them around 4:30. Biggest complaint? No communication at all! If they had called us when they first realized it was going to be later than they expected, we could have been taking things over in our truck and doing other things we needed to! Not sitting around trying to chase them down for answers! This is completely unacceptable! Please don't put yourself through the hassle and stress of using Two Men And A Truck... Oh, the only thing they did do was give her about 10% off for the inconvenience... This may change after they actually get here and move things... But so long as they have given me this much time, I thought I would make some good use of it.
