  • I was originally told about this bar on a food tour I took of the city in 2017. Our guide told us this offered the best views of the strip. In 2018 I had the chance to check it out and was stunned. Floor to ceiling windows on the 23rd floor offer views you can't find elsewhere. The hotel itself is so calming- no gambling, no smoking and when you walk in and ride up the elevator the music is calming like that of what you would find in a spa. Service was very friendly and made our group feel very welcome.
