  • Went in last year with a swollen leg (my entire leg, not just one part of it..) it was discolored and in a large amount of pain. There was no one else there, just me.. but I waited about 30 minutes for the "nurse" or whatever she was to come get me... she asked me the typical questions but wrote it all on a sticky note? That's beside the point.. the doctor finally comes in after waiting 50 minutes now.. has me take off my bottoms and she DOESNT EVEN TURN AWAY OR GIVE ME PRIVACY. WTH. How uncomfortable. She literally stared at me while I did so. After a very uncomfortable 2 minute exam, she tells me I pulled a muscle... that's it? No advice, no thoughts on how to help? Here's the best part... she MISSED it by a long shot. I turned around a week later and got an emergency appointment with my pcp.. I had a large DVT. How do you miss the classic signs of a DVT?? It was already so bad, I had to be hospitalized. So thank you for being so incompetent, uncaring and not spending enough time with your patients to help them figure out what the real problem is before it gets worse.. I'd also like to thank you for wasting my time and money on your establishment and the xray order that CLEARLY was just a way to get more money out of me.
