  • Well, all I can say is this Broker is immature and unprofessional. I was looking for a property to lease and found one listed with her company. Upon driving by the home, the owner was present and offered me a tour. I loved it and wanted to rent it. Upon communicating with Ashley, she brushed me off and didn't even consider her clients wishes. No customer service to her client or myself as a renter. She obviously feels too busy to treat individuals as an individual opportunity to secure referrals or return business. People who list, buy, or rent can be going through stressful experiences and she doesn't see it as anything more that business. Money. Very sad and unfortunate for her as she develops this kind negative reputation.
