Tried this place on a rainy Wednesday evening. It was "late-ish" for dinner, but the parking lot was full of cars and the restaurant was about half full. This place seems like it would get busy (on weekends).
The menu is a bit overwhelming, but I like that there are other offerings than the regular Tex-mex cuisine, I saw some Columbian and Ecuardorian offerings for example.
The restaurant is tucked away in Carmel Commons, but easy enough to find with a smart phone. Since it's on the end, the parking lot is a little tricky. Could also be because daylight savings time and the rain, but it was super dark - the business park next door has a sign up that doesn't allow business parking (with a tow number).
Had the enchiladas suizas... solid dish. Our server was also the bartender and it seems like they do double duty on weeknights, but still good service. Refills and endless chips and salsa here. We were in the bar area so there are a number of TVs to watch sports and news.
