  • I'm done with the Omni in Charlotte. My last experience here was horrific from the frumpy pillows to the lack of a nice comforter. The bed was the worse, it was hard and uncomfortable to deal with. You'd expect a great value for what you pay but the Omni failed in that respect. The room was marginally decent but considering the price you pay it should be better. On the occasions I've been here it's never been this bad and now it's gotten worse. On the bright side the front desk was helpful from check in to check out and the valet service is top notch. Everyone is customer service oriented and accommodating but I couldn't recommend you stay here based on the fact that you may not get a good nights sleep.
