  • I had Hansen Family Plumbing service my kitchen sink that had been clogged for over 5 days. I called them on a Sunday night and they were at my house Monday morning. They were out of my home warranty network so they took the time to talk to my home warranty company when they got here to make sure I got reimbursed. With my house being from 1955 the clog and pipe network were a pain but they kept trying for two hours before finally cleaning the pipe. They then took the time to give me some pointed and inform me on some products that will help me in the future in maintaining my old pipes. Overall awesome customer service, will be my first call next time.
