  • I must have simply had a bad experience judging by the fact that there are only "good" reviews for this business. That being said, I dropped off my bike to have the rear wheel rebuilt with a new hub and spokes. They gave me a work order showing 1$ spokes and 65$ for a hub (as well as other items). When I picked up the bike, the prices changed on the exact same products and they refused to honor their original price (I understand that work estimates can change due to extent of work and the time it takes, but physical products should not change). Overall, the bill was 30$ more than stated even though the labor price stayed the same.....furthermore, I was told to come in on a Tuesday to pick up my bike (about 5 days after I dropped it off). I called that day and was told it would take "1 more day." I was subsequently told this for a week until I called and told them to either have my bike finished by the time I drove to the store or pack up my parts to take elsewhere.....completely ridiculous. I love supporting local businesses but they won't see me in there ever again.
