  • I've lived in this apartment complex for a few months now and I just wanted to point out how great the staff is, but more specifically, Diana. Diana was there when I took my first tour, when I signed my lease and when I had a small issue at my apartment. I came to the front office multiple times for the same issue and she was the person that was most proactive and made sure it was all taken care of. She is also so personable and remembers so much from conversations we have had, even back to when I took my first tour. Thank you Diana and SW Apts! Also, maintenance is amazing! No matter what has happened they've taken care of my apartment so quickly that I'll leave for work and when I come back, everything is like new.
