  • I have to say that I will never return to this dealership for anything. Two years ago I brought my Pilot in for the airbag recall. Within weeks the the airbag warning light came on indicating that the airbag was not functioning. I brought my car back and they said it just needed a reset. On the way home the light came on again. It was on intermittently. Within another month it came on and stayed on. I brought it back and they told me it was a sensor and it would cost $650 to replace it. I told them that there had been no problem until they took it apart and I was not going to pay for it. This was a safety issue and they needed to fix it. After waiting for 5 days, not having my messages returned and having to contact the owner of the dealership to even get a callback, the service manager called and said that Honda Corporate would pay for half of the repair. I said that either it is your responsibility or not. You can't take half the responsibility. Again after several phone calls and threatening to call the owner of the dealership again, I was told that they would do the repair and I would not have to pay anything. Last year I took my car in again for the second airbag recall and had them diagnose my rear air that was not working. They said I needed a new transistor and blower mother and gave me a $995 estimate. Needless to say we went without rear for that summer and the beginning of is summer. My husband decided to try to fix the problem by just replacing the transistor ($16.99 on Amazon). Amazing. It solved the problem. I sent an email to the owner to let him know of the issue and he basically blew me off. He said "I'm sorry if there was an inconvenience." He told me that they had revamped their service department "if I wanted to give them another chance". That is never going to happen. I love my Pilot and will get another one in the future but it will definitely not be from this dealership.
