  • I just had my carpal tunnel release and trigger finger release surgery here by Dr. Conrad Yu. I must say, I am IMPRESSED by this place. NOTE: Make sure before you come to your appointment that you pre-register online, it makes things go a lot faster when you get there. My appt was scheduled for 8:15, you have to be at your appointment 1 hr before. Once I was there, I signed in, not even 10 mins passed and I was called to sign 5 papers and pay my co-pay. I waited another 5 mins and I was called back to get ready for surgery. The staff is so friendly and very informative. They did everything to make this surgery as less nerve racking for me. I have a backround of anxiety and everyone there is very calm and welcoming, even Dr. Yu. He's such an awesome doctor. Anyway, while I was being wheeled into the operating room with fear of the unknown, I came into the room with the doctors, nurses and anastesologist chatting and laughing which actually made me feel better for some reason. We spoke shorty and they explained a couple of things to me, next thing you know, I was already a sleep. Surgery went so smooth. I woke up with a big buldge of wrapping around my left hand and wrist and felt out of it from the drugs. This was my first surgery ever and I have yet to come back here in a few weeks again for my right hand. Since this is my first experience with surgery, this place set the bar high for me. I can only hope that future surgeries go as smooth as my experience here. Atleast I know what to expect from the staff when I come back, they are so great! I would recommend this place to anyone.
