  • Great staff and classes. Kat is amazing! Great classes and super friendly front desk staff...But the owners a dick/douche. Short man syndrome for sure. He told me "let's put it this way. It's my studio, I make the rules" in front of an entire spin class when I showed confusion about trading bikes. I was told by an employee that the bike change was fine...but it was apparently her first day so she misinformed...so clearly, my fault for not finding a more seasoned employee to inform. But at least he was so irritated by me that he let me out of my membership without the usual 30 day notice. Touché. Ha.
