CV2015-095293. Civil lawsuit against Roxie Benesch business. I was awarded a $3,000 judgment against Roxie Benesch and Bumper2Bumper Xpess Autobody LLC
This business has unethical business practices. This woman used fraud to induce us into entering into a contract. Roxann Benesch member/ manager and owner of Bumper2 Bumper Xpress Auto body texted me and my girlfriend messages on 9-1-2014 at 5:50 am on memorial Day, waking us up, that her BUSINESS was broke and she had no money and didn't know where she would go out what would happen.
We, Janelle Wheeler and I went to her temporary housing place to help her brainstorm for ways to raise money. As soon as she realized that my car was paid off and had a loan value of $3k she said she would paint it for $3,000, but she had to be paid immediately because she needed to pay rent for her business and funds tip start her Hertz contract
She requested Janelle Wheeler become a co signer on the loan and she found a friend of hers who would give us a loan on 9-2-2014. So, on 9-2-2014 she came to our residence mid morning and took us to get a title loan and then took us to the bank because she wanted the money immediately despite the fact no FIRM date had been set. She had to sign a new lease for her business and had NO money to pay the lease.
On September 2, 2014, I paid Roxie Benesch aka Bumper2bumper Xpress Auto Body to paint my car in the amount of $3,000. ON September 22, 2014, I notified Roxie Benesch and her assistant Melissa Vandervort that I had changed my mind and requested a refund. I was given the run around for weeks and finally told I would get no refund. I reported the business to the Arizona Attorney General's Office. Ms. Roxie Benesch Said she would provide a refund, but never did. This woman took me to a business associate of hers to get a loan on my car for the funds so I could pay her to fix the car and when I requested the refund she said she didn't know where to send the money. Mind you, I asked her repeatedly to take the money to the loan place she took me to in the beginning.
BEWARE SHE IS A LIar AND A THEIF
We are being forced to sue thus woman because of her underhanded business practices. Do not pay her up front. You have been warned.
