  • I went to this place twice and the first time was fine, there was one tech there and the vet. I had to get my cat's stitches re-wrapped, and the vet was friendly and so was the tech. Service was fast and friendly. A week later, I took my cat back to get stitches removed and I had the opposite experience. It seemed like instead of just one tech, there was a lot of staff there and just one other customer. You would think that having a lot of staff there would have helped speed things along, but no. I had an appointment and I sat there in the waiting room while two staff members ignored me and chatted with a customer about her dog for a rude amount of time without even one of the staff checking me in. Finally, a thought occurred to one of them and she said to the other staff member, "hey why don't you see what this lady is here for?" What an idea! I let that slide even though it was unprofessional and I was ushered to a room. They took the cat to the back to take out the stitches and my 5 year old son and I waited. And waited. Remember, this place was not full of other customers at all and I could hear the staff in the back talking and laughing and general BS. I continued to wait, took my son to the bathroom and continued to wait some more. Now, myself being someone who has taken out stitches before, I know it does not take this long. I got up, and opened the door to the back and saw the staff sitting around, and my cat in his carrier. Who knows how long he had been all done while we were waiting. I said, "hey do you know how much longer it is going to be?" The nearest staff member picked him up and handed him to me and I said ,"how long has he been done for?" She said "just now" and closed the door and left me there, not knowing if I needed to pay or anything. So I went to the waiting room again and the front staff member (there was one now) was talking to a customer about something so I waited, and waited. Finally another tech came out and I had to ask her very fast before she disappeared "hey do I owe anything for this", and she said no and proceeded to disappear through a door. I suppose the staff here think that people have no lives and nothing else to do and that people like to wait for no reason. I thought they were very rude, unprofessional and I will never go there again. The Dr. was fine though I have no complaints about him. I think that his business might do much better with a different staff though. Perhaps they need to take a customer service workshop, and I am being completely serious, I think it would help.
