  • Worst customer service ever. They wouldn't let my 14 year old daughter in because she would've been "running around the place". Apparently she had to be on a guest list but we only found that out one year after constantly going there. When we asked the manager omed I believe. He was very rude and basically kicked my daughter out. When I had said that I had been with there gym for one year. He flat out said I don't care. If I could rate this gym 0 stars I would Every time I go there, there is always someone complaining at the front desk. The change rooms are the dirtiest. The only way the floors in there get cleaned is by the water on the foot of guests walking to their lockers. Also the pool is so disgustingly murky and salty. There's also hair in the pool!
