  • This is the most incompetent place. DO NOT TRUST these people with your mail. One letter took two weeks to get to California. 2nd chance attempt with this place for mailing a letter; mailed a document from their place 8 days ago, it still hasn't shown up to my Oceanside, California. I hand gave it to the clerk, I guess they must have tossed it in the trash, instead of the outgoing mail pick up. I've bought my stamps and misc from them as well. Trying to help support a local business. No More attempts, this place sucks! Now I have to run around and spend more money and pay for an additional appointment to replace the document they lost. Also it caused other issues. There is no reason to have to only send mail certified because you worry about an incompetent service. You over pay for the stamp as it is and expect your letter to get where it's going!
