  • We normally eat at location off S Tryon but this was convenient while shopping. I ordered a pasta with clam entrĂ©e. The clams were gritty and the sand had even made its way into the very salty sauce. My wife's lasagna was ok. I spoke to the manager and he was very combative so we decided to count our losses. The sandy gritty salty dish was waived and he mentioned "he had to charge me for the salad which was included in my inedible dish". I was shocked at his pettiness. We paid and vowed to eliminate their chain from our rotation. The meal was excused but the salad sealed the deal.
