  • I took my 2016 Sprinter to Mercedes-Benz of Henderson and Jimi Stevens was my service consultant. I was having my first 20,000 mile service done, but had other problems with my vehicle that I addressed to Jimi. First, they will take you home or back to your office if you are within 15 miles of the dealership. I was 19 miles, and they were willing to do drop and pick me up. Second, I had a coolant leak that was caused by a master upfitter that did a custom job for me and Jimi took care of it with no cost to me. My service was done in about 2 hours and am very pleased with the quick job. Great job Jimi. Please thank your crew for me.
