| - Ive never stayed here before i thought id give it a try,.On Thursday, March 15, 2018,...... So i reserved a King Size bed with a Smoking room , but when i get to the counter the lady tells me all the rooms with Smoking are taken. But i reserved it thru the M Life website. She said you can get one in the Penthouse on the TOP floor for $150 more a night! Damn that's way above my budget. No thanks, so i get my room keys and order The Bells Man to bring my clothes up i gave him a $5 because he doing a hefty job with 6 luggage's. So later on that night i run my bathtub water and the water is not getting hot, so i'm like that's weird, ill just take a shower. That water was really hot. The next day Friday, March 16, 2018 (My daughter's 30th Bday) i ran the bathtub water again and it did not run hot so i was confused maybe it was the wrong nozzle, i tried the Left and the right & yes again it was cold water i ran it like 5 minutes i thought it had to get warm and no it wasn't hot, so i took another shower again. I was upset i look forward in taking baths because i have Epson Salt to relax the body. Because i drive a bus for a living so i need my relaxation. For someone paying $695.02 you expect to enjoy your vacation. On Saturday, March 17th i ran the water again and it finally worked i was happy but sad i couldn't have had the relaxation all 3 nights. On that same day in the morning i decided to have coffee so i got a cup with the $5 on it put water in it, added the coffee filter in the coffee machine and when it was time i took it out and was adding my cream and sugar and i noticed something was floating in my coffee like well it looked like spider webs. so i opened the coffee machine and well the coffee had gotten all over the machine. i was Lost but then i thought if your gonna pay $5 for a cup you might as well go to Starbucks and buy what you like. Or Denny's, Ihop and get free Refills,. So i was upset about the coffee. And then to check out and get a bill for $499 saying i smoked in the Room. Which i did not i know how to behave. I was taught to Respect other people property in life. As a matter of fact i don't even smoke! Or Vape! but i guess because i asked for a Smoking room they Assumed i was smoking in there! Because we were Black! and the Counter Lady was not! But you know what they say when you you assume means it makes an ass out of you not me! Oh the Refrigerator was pointless! that's why we walked to the Liquor Outlet across the street. And i had a Cooler to keep my drinks, and fruit in it. So please do yourself a favor reserve at Luxor. They are Great!
