  • I brought my bike in to giant for a seasonal tune up, chain change and tire change. The service was excellent and my bike was repaired in under 24hrs. They told me i could pick it up later that day, but i told them i would not need it that soon. Later that week the tire burst. I brought it back to giant after the 48 hour warranty was up and unsure whether or not there was a fault with the installation of the tire, the tire itself or whether i had been unlucky enough to hit a piece of glass with a fresh tire, so was prepared to pay for a new tire. regardless, they replaced the tire at no extra cost, and without question. great service, highly recommended
