  • With only one person working in the store, it took me 37 minutes to have my water tested. When I inquired if he had help coming he said no, just him. After telling him it is not fair to him or the customers he acted as if I was the one with the problem. 5 people were in line behind me. The only reason that I gave them 2 stars is the convenience. Will be looking for a new pool supply store.
