I have been a medical marijuana patient for over 5 years in the state of Arizona. I've also been loyal to this dispensary because the prices and convenience. Most people make complaints to obtain stuff for free. But in this case I have a complaint against a person from your staff. The Employee name is Sarah she's simply a SNOB. She almost feels insecure about herself. I'm not sure this is the kind of employee that you want to have in your front desk leading your Sales and Customer Service. I thought I will call this establishment to speak to a supervisor regarding this particular person but when I call I was only able to get a voicemail and said in order to speak to the supervisor you needed to send an email what happened to being able to just talk to somebody. For the most part my experience has been very pleasant with others in this place. Not ONE person will stop me from coming there but you get what I'm saying when you leave your hard-earned money there the last thing you want to do is deal with such person. People in general go there to somewhat get a relief not to deal with somebody that thinks they're better than others. That being said your prices are fair and your customer service from everyone else has been great. I hope as a leading dispensary you DO look beyond profit and you look to continue making this place a leader in the industry where people can feel comfortable coming in without having to deal with such person.
