  • I've been to many locations for Tropical Smoothie and must say this is one of the worst for service. I went in and there were two ladies talking to the cashier. I waited for my turn and after a few minutes I noticed they weren't ordering anything, just chatting. Finally they moved aside and I placed my order. I paid and stood to the side to wait for my order. Over five minutes later another patron walks in and same thing she waits and finally the ladies move over to let her place an order. I am about to ask how much longer when the two ladies leave and the cashier turns around and makes our drinks!
